It all started when...

I realized I finally found what it is I love to do. Connect people. Connect ideas. Connect missions. All with the purpose of creating real change and doing good. I had gone on a journey throughout my career, with each step teaching me something valuable about what I wanted out of a career. I honestly never considered creating my own company. The idea scared me and I never saw a reason to, until I did. As I worked more at the intersection of environmental sustainability and social equity, I realized that more and more people wanted to find purpose in their everyday. I ultimately took a leap of faith. I banked on the idea that while not a lot of companies were employing full time Corporate Social Responsibility, that many would do the work if only they had someone to outsource to. And that's what I built. A company to fill the gaps and help others create mission-driven initiatives. Big, small. Private, public. Real estate, non-real estate. I decided to start working solely with people who shared my values and allowed me to do work that was truly impactful. I built a company that reflects me. Driven by passion.
